This tongue twister is the name of Kerala’s capital. Maju booked an excellent hotel for us, where we were staying for two nights. Together with a guide, which was organized for us by Mohan, Renu’s brother in law, we were doing some sightseeing and shopping in the city. Padmanabhaswamy, Thiruvananthapuram’s famous temple is not accessible for non-Hindus. However, also seeing it from outside is more than amazing!
In the evening we got a warm welcome in Renu’s sister’s and Mohan’s house. They served us dinner and a variety of Christmas food.
