Due to the seminar, I got the chance of spending some days in the southeast Slovakian town of Košice. Getting there is quite time-consuming – eight hours for 500 kilometers. However, on the way, the train is traveling through a beautiful landscape. The scenery is full of rivers, forests and yet still snow-tipped mountains. To sum it up in a phrase: Just beautiful! As my colleagues and I left Vienna quite early, we arrived in Košice in the early afternoon. This gave us the chance to explore the city. The inner city is very beautiful, and the surrounding area is under renovation. A town with huge potential for the future! Košice is worth visiting!
